– Contact Nightfox customer service via email.
– Let us know if you are going with a Full or Semi-custom design.
– In case you want to create your own design, we will supply you with the needed templates.
– Explain to us every idea you have about your jersey and your prefered colors.
– E-mail us every logo you want to be on the jersey including team logo and sponsor logos .
– Check our sizing charts and prepare a list of all products, sizes and riders names.
– Provide us with a delivery adress .
– Study the order review that we will send you and arrange the payment .
– Wait for the Nightfox package to arrive at your door!
How to Pay?

We offer two easy to access payment options:

All orders must be fully paid before production begins. Once we have confirmed that the order is paid in full we will contact you via e-mail. The production takes approximately 12-15 working days and the shipping is up to you, National post or TNT Express. In case that you don’t have a Paypal account you can create here.
How long does it take to produce my order?
Following the design stage, the manufacture stage takes 10 to 12 working days. Fast huh?
Nightfox products are manufactured using the highest quality materials. The fabrics used are specialy designed for sports activities. They allow the body to breathe while simultaneusly absorbing humidity and directing it to the atmosphere.
We take great pride in our quick production and delivery times . The design process takes between 4 to 7 working days. As soon as the design is done the manufacturing process begins and takes another 12 to 15 working days. After quality inspection the products are ready to ship to every part of the world. We ship our products through TNT express delivery. This service will reach everywhere in the world within 3 days, while it needs only 1 day to reach major European cities. For a more economic solution, you can request shipping by international post. Will take a bit longer but will be lighter on your wallet!
In case you are in a great hurry you can request an express delivery. In express delivery ,we will try and get the whole process done for you within or less than 10 working days. This comes at no extra cost for you but it depends on our production schedule. So if you need it just ask for it!
How do i submit my own design?
In case you are familiar with digital design or just want to give it a shot, you can supply us with your own ready to print design.
Before starting your own design, contact our customer service in order to get the correct templates. Our staff will provide guidelines and advice on how to create your own unique design.
In order to be able to create your own design, you need to have access to design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or similar software. Don’t forget that your designs will have to be sent over to us in editable, layered format! Design files usually are quite big, so you can use any file sharing service, like www.wetransfer.com, to e-mail us your design!
Here is a checklist that you need to have in mind, before submitting your design. If your design doesn’t follow the guidelines, you will have to fix it before submitting it.
Your design file has to be a layered, editable design format. Files like .ai, .psd, and .pdf work best.
Your design file should not be in a rasterised file format. Designs submitted in .jpg, .png or similar rasterised format are not accepted.
Hand drawn or scanned documents are not accepted.
The color mode of your design must be RGB. CMYK mode files are not accepted.
Your design should not exceed 1 GB in size.
The minimum resolution of your design should be 200 DPI and the size of our template should not be altered.
The player names and numbers , for every player, need to be included in a separate layer each.
Each design should be submitted in a single file. For example submitting a separate design file for each players is not accepted.
What if i receive a defective product?
We promise to design and manufacture our products to meet the highest standards. If, however, a product fails due to a material defect or flaw in workmanship, we promise to repair or replace it. No questions asked.
How should i wash my Nightfox products?
All Nightfox jerseys or custom teamwear can be machine washed on the cold cycle and drip dried. Do not dry clean or iron, and do not use bleach.
What do i do if i made a mistake on my order or want to cancel?
To request a cancellation or change to your order, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to process website orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we can not change or modify an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Will the colors of the products look exactly like they did on my screen?
Although we use state of the art machinery to match the design colors to the actual printed product, there can be variations on the final outcome . Our experts always try to achieve the best color combinations but factors like screen brightness and screen calibration may cause a difference between what you see on the screen and what is actually being printed. Under this light, we do not accept returns due to color variations.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order! We can design, produce and deliver even one jersey!
Do you think your sizing chart is accurate?
We have measured all Nightfox jersey sizes to provide you the best and the most accurate measurement, as all our products are handmade there is a margin + 2,5 cm / – 2,5 cm for all our garments, if you are not sure about your size, please drop us a line to assist you and let you know how it works!
Can I return a customized order with my name printed on?
We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS / EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDERS unless the products is damaged / defective upon arrival, or if the Customization is different from what you entered when placing your order.
