SHIPPING POLICY

All of our orders are shipped worldwide with express delivery courier service. This service ensures delivery within one to four days to every part of the world.  As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor online the process of the delivery!

Our staff will gladly offer information and advice regarding customs control and import regulations of the country where you want the goods delivered.

All of the above-stated delivery times are indicated by our affiliated shipping agents. Anthrax cannot guarantee these shipping times, nor is responsible for delays in delivery by the shipping companies.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition. We will replace all items that are defective or sent in error. Returns of faulty items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the shipping fees for the returned item(s) as well as that the replacement item(s) is covered by our company. The replacement items will be shipped out as soon as the faulty items are received by us.

Returns of nonfaulty items are not accepted, due to the customized nature of our products.

Please note that the return address where you are going to be returning the faulty items varies according to your country of residence. Always consult with your sales representative BEFORE sending back the faulty products. Sending the products back to the wrong return address will lead to failure of your replacement request.
