NIGHTFOX PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM NIGHTFOX DESIGNS CO. OR AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ARE FULLY WARRANTED TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE GARMENT AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP!

Sustainability begins with long-lasting apparel, and we think that if properly cared for, your Nightfox product should be at your side for a long time. If a product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Nightfox will replace or repair it at no cost to restore the original function. What isn’t covered: We do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, carelessness, accidents, poor maintenance, or natural degradation of colors and materials.

In order for a product to qualify under the NLWP a customer MUST provide:

The order number for the original purchase of the product;

Pictures of the garment and the damage/material failure;

As much information as possible as to how the damage was caused (Think When? – Where? – How?); and confirmation of how the garment has been treated when washing and drying.

Please submit any warranty returns to us at the location provided by our customer care. We recommend that they be insured (since we are not liable if they are lost in transit) and that the sender pay the shipping charges. We also require that items returned for warranty be washed and cleaned, or they will be returned to you.

Terms and Conditions

Clothing is guaranteed for at least 5 years based on an estimate of reasonable and expected lifetime of the products in normal use conditions.

For major, un-repairable damage we will offer a discounted replacement or voucher as per our Crash Damage Policy.

Overseas (non-EU) customers have a right to the 5 year guarantee but the process may be handled differently for practical reasons.

We reserve the right to reject claims which we feel seek to abuse the guarantee policy.

We reserve the right to amend the repair/crash damage policy at any time without notice.
